The company sent my medication in different packaging, so I was concerned that ingredients in the medication itself might have been changed too. Since I’m extremely medication-sensitive, Including to inactive ingredients, I needed to know if any ingredients had been changed before I ran out of the medication I had on hand. They said I had to talk to a pharmacist. The pharmacist said she would contact the dispensing pharmacy (the one that sent the medication to Planet Drugs Direct). I told her that she should contact the manufacturer since that is who changed the packaging. She took an entire week to get back to me and never did contact the manufacturer. She sent me a list of ingredients and instructed me to compare it to the ingredient list from my previous order. Why would I have kept an ingredient list from 3 months earlier?!! I finally gave up on getting an answer from them and called the manufacturer myself.

I had a question regarding the accuracy of the amount of product I received since the tube I opened appeared less full than others I had gotten. The people I spoke with handled my concern and restored my confidence that this was not something that was experienced by others who use the product. I was offered a brand name equivalent at the same cost as the generic that I have been using. I thought that very fair way and I feel confident that I can continue ordering from PlanetDrugs.
