The ordering process is easy. The one time you did make an error, you worked very hard on your end to fix it. For some reason, you keep delivering to my post office instead of my house, but that's ok.

Customer service was good. Package delivered discreetly. However, the medication described was the generic and the US equivalent. I've actually purchased the exact same medication from another provider previously. Trust me when I tell you, the efficacy of this medication is WAY BELOW that of the original US generic. Thus, when you're selling your medication you should retrain your team's because it's not the same or even an equivalent. Actually, I'm quite annoyed at having spent that money and having to double up your medication to have an effect - thus the cost is now equal to the US equivalent for one pill that is FDA approved. Your medication from India is not FDA approved and as such I have no idea of the recipe of ingredients within. Obviously, I'm not a chemist but I do know results of both. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know about my experience and hope you can help make changes.
