In a world where customer service is a vanishing, this company is unbelievably on top of everything. One of my meds quadruped, leaving me unable to continue with it. My local pharmacy was fantastic and as deeply frustrated as I was as I wasn't alone in this price hike. I began searching online to see if there were any cheaper alternatives and Planet Direct was able to supply three months of my HRT for about a third of one month I would have paid through my pharmacy. I've understood now just how screwed up our drug companies in the US are! I have recommended Planet Direct to family, friends and co-workers. I'm so appreciative they send a "heads-up" refill e-mail. But, how nice to actually be able to talk to real person--who speaks English well. This is an excellent company; I'm so thrilled I could order what I needed at a fraction of the cost and have superlative customer service on top of that. It's astounding to me that some companies still operate this way.

I really have a very good experience with PDD. They always take good care of their customer. They provide the same medication with cheaper price. When I lost my package, they replaced it without issues.
