I had the pleasure of being connected with Shauna when I called in for an issue regarding my account. This young lady was so efficient in handling my problem and one of the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly call center employees I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I'm a business owner myself and I know far to often customers want to speak with a supervisor only when the receive poor service, but not me, I like to reward exemplary service when I get it and in this case I got that and more with Shauna. Not sure if the company has a kudos or rewards program for employees that excel in customer service, but if you do Shauna truly deserve it. It's a good thing you're in Canada and I'm in the US as I would try to steal Shauna away from you and have her work for me as I believe she's an extremely competent and caring employee. You've got a real winner there in Shauna PDD. Keep up the great work because you'll always have my prescription business with employees like Shauna.
