Totally dissatisfied with your with your lack of flexibility when refilling a prescription that I have been ordering form you for the last 3 years. You get hang up with doctor's not writing the prescription to suit dispensing criteria even thought have prior there is prior prescriptions for the same product on file.

They just had a security breach in which our personal information, including payment information,was stolen. Good service and reasonable prices are way overshadowed by possibly having our accounts drained.

I have been satisfied with the prescription drugs and prices that I order from your company. I am extremely upset that your company's security has failed to monitor a secure site. The last time I called the rep that I spoke with she didn't follow through as I requested. I haven't decided at this point whether or not to order anymore products from your company. I don't think you guys realize the precarious position you have put all your customers in with your site being hacked. I would think that a company as large as you are would have had safeguards in place for this not to happen. As they say time will tell. At this point I am faced with the option of closing my bank account along with starting a new one to take care of bills and deposits which will be an expensive, painful task along with litigation procedure against your company. The few dollars I saved on prescriptions doesn't seem worth it now.
