I have ordered many times from PDD and three months ago I would have given them 5 stars. However, given their recent security breach where all my personal information including health information and my banking/credit card information was stolen combined with their rather laid back, could care less response to the situation warrants this poor review. Health information accounts are the most vulnerable of any (more than your credit cards or bank accounts) because the bad guys get the most information from them and the biggest return on the black market. I believe PDD's offer for free credit agency monitoring as the "fix" for the breach reflects their attitude towards security. . .lax and low priority.
