I submitted my prescription for processing and mailed my check. As a first time user I was not comfortable putting my information online so submitting a check was the best way for me. I was advised there was a post office strike, and it took several months for my check to be received. Once my check was received, I was informed there was a backorder on the eye drops. At which time no one was able to give me an approximate timeframe of when that would be. Today is Thursday, March 6 and I still do not have my eye drops.
