Last two times I’ve needed medication you didn’t let me know that I needed a new prescription. Then a couple of weeks later I get a call and they tell me they left me messages. They insist that they have done that but I have my phone right in my hand. By the time I get notified I run out of my medication. Not what I call good service.

I love Planet Drugs Direct They are very reliable. It take some time to get your order, however it always is there. The prices are great too.

Before now, I would have happily give a 5 star review, but after my last order, my card was hacked for almost $700, so now I am NOT happy and, even though I have always received great service and great prices, I am not leery of using this great company in the future, which is a shame.

Have used this business for years for my cat's inhalers, no problems, great service and inhalers were fine. Will continue to use them!

Great customer service. Great prices. My order is taken quickly and any choices are discussed (different brands, country of origin preferences, etc.). The only recommendation is to call well in advance of running out of current medication. Takes 2 weeks or more to get refills to the U.S.
