Overall, my experience with PlanetDrugsDirect was very good. The price was great. Ordering online was easy and the communication was prompt. The only negative is the amount of time it took to actually get the order--slightly more than a month. They were upfront about the estimated time to receive the order, so I wasn't taken by surprise, but not everyone will have enough medication on hand to hold them over that long. If you are used to getting your prescriptions from the local pharmacy, it's an adjustment at first.

I've ordered from PlantDrugsDirect.com many times and been happy Unfortunately, the last two times I ordered, my credit cards (two - one for each order) showed up on foreign web sites shortly after. I called support. The first time I was told that it couldn't be you. Then I got a letter saying that you had a security problem. I felt sure that it must have been handled, so I ordered again. That was the second time that you compromised my credit card. I'm very glad I didn't give you my checking account information. I asked for feedback from your management about it before I will order again. I have not been contacted. So, now I need a new Canadian pharmacy. Can you recommend one that will properly protect my financial information?
