Very disappointed in the discontinued use of Tracking in the States. To save a few bucks you leave your customer stranded, not know where it is. I have had an instance where my meds went to Minnesota (I live in Georgia) and got delivered, the guy in Minnesota claimed it was his. Had to run out and get, at three times the price, locally. Global sent a replacement shipment 3 weeks later and then wished for me to pay them back if I got the original shipment. Could not get them to understand it was delivered to someone else.

I know I can rely on Planet Drugs and order from them with confidence - albeit on a limited basis, since I am unaware of all the drugs they can or cannot supply.

As a long time user of the same RX, it seems to me that the necessity for every re-order event requires so much re-questioning. It would be much simpler to have a re-order password. Otherwise, the servive, products and pricing is excellent!
