Have used Planetdrugsdirect for several years. I have been pleased with their service with the exception of my last shipment. The meds arrived in NY, but were not able to track it after that point. The package took 10 days to get here from NY, which was way longer than usual. I was quite concerned at that point, because if I had to reorder it would be another 4 weeks before I got my meds. Well, the package did arrive, just under the 4 week mark, but I sure was anxious. I just would like them to go back to the previous tracking system.

Until recently, you were excellent. On this transaction you have been pure crap. I am not at all certain that I will continue to use you. One star only because zero stars is not an option.

I have been using Planet Drugs Direct for three years. Price was the #1 reason I started using them. Their customer service has always be excellent, they work with my doctor for new prescriptions and delivery is quick. I use them whenever have have a drug I use on a regular basis. Highly recommenced.
