So I bought one inhaler for my cat on 2/7. I made sure to communicate with the vet so that the Rx went through quickly. Then on 2/18 I get a phone call from PDD and the lady persuaded me to buy a 2nd inhaler. I got another one because I though OH MY GOSH it has been 11 days and they haven't even started the order, it will take forever for a second one to get here when we need it! My cat sadly passed away on 3/5. The next day I called to tell them to cancel the order or if was too late to ask how I can return it. I spoke to a sales rep and a manager who both said it was against policy. I am in tears on the phone because there is no way I can't return the package if I don't even open it and the animal using it is deceased. Here we are on 3/25 and STILL have not received the package. I deserve my money back but they are unwilling to work with me!!
