Getting my prescription filled through Planet Drugs is an easy process. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When a refill is needed I always get a phone call and an email reminder about 30 days in advance because the shipping can take up to 14 days or longer depending on where you are located. For me it’s never been over 10days. I had 1 time where my prescription changed so the Pharmacy wanted to speak to my doctor before refilling it. That ended up delaying my refill about 2 weeks. But because we worked on it early enough I still received my prescription before my other one was out.
