I can no longer recommend Planet Drugs for US patients. I've been ordering for years, and have been happy. They made meds affordable. I could work with the long lead times, but over the past year it's become increasingly difficult for reasons outside their control, but nevertheless, it's impractical, nearly impossible to work with them. Partly the problem is that the quantities might be 28 or 30, so if a prescription is written for 90 (3 mo), and they send 28 or 56, it messes up the cycle. Now with the Covid-19 virus, they can only send one month's supply, and I can't re-order until 30 days following shipment. Since their lead time is now 2 months, that leaves a bad gap. In the past couple of years, the communication between the pharmacy and my dr's office has had chronic problems. It's so bad, I finally had my doctor send me a paper prescription made out exactly the way PD told me to have it written, but I still don't have the expected # of refills.

I received my order as requested. The delivery via five countries requires at lot of time which caused an additional delay due to the covid19 situation. I hope I get my current order in process in time.
