I made a mistake. I waited too long to order a maintenance drug from PlanetDrugs. With only 9 days of medication left, and with the COVID-19 crisis, this turned out to be a BAD mistake on MY part. I reached out to my US based pharmacy for assistance, and they completely blundered my request for help. I reached out to them 3 times, and only on the third day I realized they could not help. They wasted 3 of my 9 remaining pills with their incompetence. Out of desperation, I reached out to PlanetDrugs, and spoke to Angelo, a supervisor. I explained the situation, and he provided me with options that would get me my medication in time. Additionally, he made sure I got the best possible price, and he educated me on how to order this medication, so I would not be in the same situation in 30 days. So far so good. Team have been fantastic with correspondences, medications always arrive. Although due to postal and national factors being outside of Planet-Directs control leaves scheduled arrival times a bit arbitrary at times. Personally, Planet- direct have never let us down, well recommended.
