Always extremely professional. You are always able to talk to a live customer service agent and they never rush you off the phone. They listen to your concerns and have gone above and beyond to investigate and get answers for my concerns during the shut down of plants during the Covide-19 pandemic. They sent me text alerts to notify me when med was shipped, just as promised. We wouldn’t be able to afford my daughters med without them! Can’t praise them enough!

I ordered my medication as usual. They switched countries they ship it from. Instead of UK it was New Zealand. The FDA of USA stopped the package and said because I can get this medication in USA they wouldn't let it through and destroyed it. They also said because the package didn't say Rx only on it, it couldn't come in. They wanted everything labeled Rx only, even the small blister packs.

PlanetDrugsDirect.com does an excellent job of order and fulfillment. Their list of available drugs is extensive, prices are very good, customer service is excellent. I'm a happy customer.

The customer service is great as are the prices. They say shipping is two to four weeks but I always get my prescriptions in a week.

I ordered a prescription and it was shipped on March 19. On Monday April 13 I called and was told to call back on Monday April 20. I waited until today April 22 and called, now I am told that it may take eight total weeks before anything can be done, in the mean time I am without my medication. I don't understand why there is no tracking process. Since this is the new standard I will not be ordering from Planet in the future.
