Have been using Planet Drugs for several years but the past couple of orders have been upsetting. My Credit Card was hacked on their website which was only a problem because they wouldn't ship my medication because the payment didn't go through because I had to cancel my card!! Had to wait for my new card to arrive before they would send out my medication. Now, I placed another order almost 8 weeks ago and still not here. I know we are in a crisis, however, this amount of time is unacceptable. They need to send a faster way even if it costs more. We need our medications!

I love this company, they send me reminders that it's time to refill my RX and I always receive my orders in less time than anticipated. Since my husband and I are self employed our insurance does not cover name brands Planet Drugs savings are a big financial savings for us. Also great customer service , yiu actually get a live person to talk to . Thank you :)

Planet Drugs Direct has saved me a bundle of money on expensive medications. I don't know what I'd do without them. For example. I take Xarelto for my heart. If I had to pay retail price for it, I would not be able to afford it.Thanks to PDD, they made it affordable for me to take it. Thank you, Planet Drugs Direct!!! Betty
