Hi Planet Drugs Direct Usually I get my Rx in a relatively short time considering it comes from far away. However this time my Rx for Synthroid was confiscated in California because it was not marked as a "prescription only". I was informed by the US government that it would be destroyed. Subsequently I informed you and you set the order to be sent to me again. It has been several weeks now and I do not have my Rx. It was being sent from New Zealand (as was the prior order) so I am wondering if the same thing will happen. In the meantime I am running out of my Rx of Synthroid very soon. So as far as my review goes I have been happy with dealing with you. But now I wonder if this will be an ongoing occurrence. Thank you. Georgianna Lentz

I paid for and have been waiting for my prescription since mid-March. Upon tracking the shipment, I find that it has been held up in Germany since May 9. At this time I am not pleased with Planet Drugs Direct.

Used to be great but they took a serious nosedive in quality during this coronavirus incident. Shipping takes 4 times as long, they charge extra for shipping and provide no tracking info on shipments.

We find that it is very easy to order our medications. It always arrives on time. When we have gotten packages that were messed up they were replaced free of charge. My only negative is that as your prices rise, it may pay for us to get our prescriptions locally.
