I am from the US, I do have Medicare and have a supplemental Rx plan. I have used planetdrugsdirect.com for approx. 9 years. Although I also use my Rx insurance, a number of medications from this pharmacy program cost less than my US copay, and also keep me out of the Medicare donut hole.

I would like to leave a zero star rating but I can't. I ordered a refill on March 10 2020. It is now May 23 2020 and the med has not arrived. Your customer service associate refuses to deal with this issue until June 13th. That is over 3 months from ordering and far too long for medicine to arrive. I would have had to order a refill 1 week before even starting to use the prior 90-day prescription. Your company is no longer providing medicine within a reasonable time period of 8 weeks and it hasn't arrived in 11 weeks. I will no longer be ordering from Planet Drugs Direct. Ever.

This is the most efficient pharmacy I have worked with in 20 years. Early notification on up coming refills. Refills are received at least 2 weeks before they are needed. Prompt and efficient—you can’t beat it!
