Great prices. Delivery schedule is a big problem.... Lack of planning on time delivery, long delay in fulfilling the prescription and lack of communication. Really bad experience for the second time with you guys. It is easy to fix your issues... the business model seems to be good, but proper execution is lacking.

I placed an order in late March and paid a higher price, with fewer doses from my last order AND was charged a shipping surcharge because of the Covid pandemic. I was notified it was shipped on April 14 and my delivery time was estimated to be 2-4 weeks (remember, I was charged a surcharge to ship). As of today, six weeks later, I have not received my prescription. My conversations with PlanetDrugDirect have not been favorable. They keep blaming their "partner" pharmacy. My response to that excuse is that the pharmacy with which they contract to produce the products that they (PDD) sell is their decision and not my problem. One could have brought the prescription over by row boat in six weeks! This is 2020...not 1920. DON'T CHARGE A SURCHARGE FOR DIFFICULT DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND THEN NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Got my prescription but shipping took longer this time likely due to ongoing pandemic. Allow more time for delivery. Wish package tracking was available to track delivery.

Great and needed service for some prescriptions that are expensive in the USA. My last order went up considerably which i hope is due to the Pandemic we are in and a lot of people are not working, at least I hope that is the case.
