I am a decade and a half user of PDD and have nothing but the most satisfied experiences with them. They have cut prices for my prescriptions over the years and cut the delivery time as well ... even during this COVID-19 impact on production and transportation. When I retired my employer based insurance used Express Scrips for the drug program provider. I had a monthly withdrawal from my pension check for the program and the drug discounts were never as significant as PDD. I dropped my Express Scripts coverage which saved me $120 a year and switched to PDD where I cut my prescription costs 1/2 to 2/3rds the former costs. For me it is a no-brainer choice.

I am completely dissatisfied. I originally gave an order for a 90 day supply of synthyroid and you gave me a price of $30.99 and you called me back and said you could only send me 1 months order and charged me double just for 1/3 the amount. I'm searching for another suppler. I feel taken advantage off plus the anxiety of not know when I would receive my medicine. I don't think this was fair to me since I already had placed the order.

I have been a customer since about 2015. I discovered how professional this group is and certainly would rather spend a couple minutes on the phone for a reorder and save a great deal of money than waste time with an American pharmacy and be exposed to all types of illness in the process. The shipment has never been late or had any issue.

We've been extremely satisfied in all aspects of PDD. They keep us informed when a refill is needed. They explain why a prescription may take longer than expected. So far everthing has gone well. A little concerned about the raising price of the medication from New Zealand.

This company is great! Proactive - in that they reached out to me for reorder. My product was on time and fairly priced (relatively). In addition, what a great ambassador for your country. Based solely on my experience with this company's employees, I have a very positive view of Canada and will now plan to visit when the pandemic peters out.
