I previously gave 5 stars but now after placing an order April 12 and still don't even have a tracking order, I am changing to 2 stars. This is absolutely unacceptable for a prescription. Very disappointed and will re-think my next prescription being ordered.

I received an email that my prescription has been mailed as of 4/19/20. It should be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. This medicine is very important to my health. As of this date, 6/2/20, I have not received it. I did get an email saying due to the coronavirus, a delivery could take up to 10 weeks. This is totally unacceptable. I do appreciate you have no control regarding the transfer of medicine from different countries, but you do have a reputation to uphold. I will be forced to seek other companies that will perform to a standard of compliance. As soon as my money has been paid, it is reasonable to expect delivery of the prescription within the time promised.
