PlanetDrugsDirect is by far the most efficient pharmacy I have ever used for prescriptions. They strive to send you the best product that's available and the staff is wonderful. They keep you informed as to how much your meds will cost at the time of ordering and send updates on any changes in cost or delays in shipping. I can't thank them enough for the superb sevice that they have given me. HIGHLY recommended !

The ultimate no-hassle pharmacy. Great communication, when there was a problem with the prescription, they—with permission—did all the legwork to fix it with my doctor. They got me a medication that was unavailable in the US due to supply chain issues. I’m very satisfied

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I still have not received 2 of the prescriptions I ordered. I think I will have to order here at my home pharmacy so I can use it. I’m very disappointed.

The people I have talked to have been great. I am still waiting on my prescription, I realize that because of the pandemic there has been problems but I ordered it on April 2 and it was shipped April 20 but I still have not received it. I need my medicine
