For the first time!!, felt the service piece hit the trash! I still don’t have all my order and it was placed in late March. So u don’t control shipping!?!?!?!? Get a different shipper! My product (medicine for dogs) sat in Frankfurt Germany for three weeks and JFK airport for two weeks! “ covid “.....it’s not our fault! Only goes so far when you are counting months!

Very efficient service, tremendous savings and helpful phone assistance. The only drawback is the length of time to receive the medication, but that can be solved with careful planning of when to order refills.

Have been waiting weeks - month past delivery date given when ordered. You should have refunded money. Never use this company again. I am so sorry I recommend you to others.

Main concern is the delivery delay occurring because of the Covid 19 virus. Virus or not, a ten week wait for the order is too long!!!!!!!!
