Ordered March 7...STILL haven't received my prescription.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Please note that your order was shipped out May 1st, and we're currently quoting up to 8 weeks for delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I received notification on April 23 that my refill was in process. It has been 8 weeks. I am still waiting for my prescription refill to arrive. I understand that we are all dealing with unprecedented events right now, but I think perhaps the supply is too tenuous. Everyday I check my email hoping I will see the one that says my order has been shipped. Every day I have been disappointed.
