By the time my prescription was approved it took just short of two months to receive it. No fault at all from Canadian pharmacy but the service from DHL was very very poor. I was unable to track my delivery to DHL tracking number

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. Very reliable company, with a lot of commitment with us as a patient. Clear explanation in a very simple way do not have any occult charges and the medication prices are ver fair. I was not able to benefit from prescription I ordered. Not blaming anyone just stating facts. I have one box that will never be opened. My Dr prescribed these drops but unfortunately they did not work. I will not need refill as I have one unopened box. Thank you and I am certainly not holding your pharmacy responsible
