Covid-19 has been hard on everybody and, although delivery times have been delayed as long as 8 weeks in my experience, PDD's support staff have remained extremely helpful and responsive. I was unfortunate enough to have a delivery lost in the mail, and PDD was prompt in resending this lost package as fast as possible so that I did not miss my required dosage. I will be sticking with Planet Drugs Direct for a long time.

I would have given 5 stars but my extra 5% for using the same checking acct was taken away and the extra added for covid. I like the convenience of reordering by phone.

Your normally 5-star rating (appreciate the service, price etc) went down this time due to your exploiting the Covid situation and adding on an extra fee...customers have no choice but to pay this fee and you are just taking advantage of a sad situation. I have to say I am rather disappointed in you...thought you were better than that~
