Unacceptable service. I have waited 8 weeks for my medicine. I placed my order on May 3, 2020 and was informed that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my medication due to Covid-19. There's nothing out of the ordinary about that, I expected delays. I did not expect it to sit in hot, humid warehouses for 8 weeks before it was shipped. What I am disappointed about is the fact that it sat for weeks in warehouses in different countries with NO SHIPPING. First, it took 5 days until the shipment order was received in the United Arab Emirate on May 8. Ten days later it was finally shipped to Singapore on May 18. Then it sat in Singapore for 15 days until June 2 when it was shipped to Frankfurt . Then it sat in Frankfurt for another 10 days before being shipped to the USA. It's still sitting somewhere in the US but I don't know where it is or when I'll receive my medicine - 8 weeks after placing my order. 8 weeks later and I still have not received my medicine.
