Wish I could split my rating. I had extremely difficult experience with a lost shipment. This Rx is expensive, over $350. Some people were very helpful, some were not helpful at all. Kudos to Matt who was first customer service contact. He was considerate and was as helpful as he could be. Service rep. I was transferred to was totally unhelpful. She said I needed to wait the full 8 weeks before she would do anything. After multiple phone calls, some very disappointing, I was put through to Karla (sp?). Thank you, Karla, for taking this seriously and helping me. My wife and I have been with Planet drugs for approx. 15 years and referred several people. I would rate Planet Drugs "0" for many in their customer service. I would rate Matt and Karla "5" for their professionalism and concern. Hoping Rx shipment gets here this time. I do not want to go through this nightmare again. PS: If you do not get a tracking number or if it is unusable DEMAND ANSWERS.

Although I have had some slow service as mentioned on the site, my last encounter with PlanetDrugsDirect was stellar. The associate I dealt with was very helpful and went above and beyond to assure that I was able to receive my meds in a bottle instead of individually packaged tablets. On top of this, the order arrived quickly. I will continue to use this site!

Thank you PlanetDrugsDirect for making it possible for me to take my asthma medication once again.
