Couldn’t be easier. Very responsive and I never have to be without my medication. Also have greater assurances that medication doesn’t contain carcinogens.

Was 5 star now 1 star rating. Ordered and paid for a drug that was shipped on April 23rd, still waiting 10 weeks plus. It’s replacement was shipped 6 days after it was ordered on July 2nd. PDD said it had tracking unlike the other two shipments. Checked DHL they didn’t have any info on the July 2 shipment shipment. Like I said before this all started back on April 23rd My back up meds for the 1st drug were shipped on June 4th, 8 weeks is July 30th, we will see if it ever arrives. Guessing your company doesn’t consider a diabetic drug life threading. ( I now have 3-90 day shipments in the mail, but none here with me) To add insult to injury I get to pay $15-20 more per prescription and I am getting worse service? Some things just don’t add up. Have your big money CEO get off the golf course and do their job, or just fire the CEO for that matter, because the CEO isn’t doing his/her job anyway. Use that money to better serve your 400,000 customers that expect better service.

Would have given a 5 except it took so long this time and you couldn’t track it after a certain point Luckily my dr gave me a sample. It actually did come before the estimated date of delivery tho.

Up until the pandemic, your service and products had been exceptional. I have now, however, been waiting since early May for an order that has still yet to arrive. This may unfortunately force me to find another supplier.
