I have been getting a prescription filled quarterly with Planet Drugs Direct for over five years now. This last time, when I received the order, the box had been crushed and had gotten wet enough that the ink on the paperwork had run. I am concerned about the integrity and cleanliness of the pills within.

Excellent service. Can ALWAYS speak with a customer service rep - any time. Unfailingly courteous. Product ordered arrived very quickly even with the caveat that because of the pandemic and fewer flights it might take up to 8 weeks to get the medicine. Arrived within 10 days after the refill prescription was processed. That was the normal time. Price for the medicine far far less than in the U.S.
