It has been 8 weeks and still no delivery of an important medication! I will need to get the prescription back and hope to get the medication from someone else before I'm out in about a week! I gave your company 10 weeks to get my medication, you charged me an extra $5 shipping to expedite shipping during Covid and it was totally worthless. You should have your supply channels secured, because Covid has been with us for months.....There is no excuse for this failure!

I have been very happy with PlanetDrugsDirect for many years. I am angry about the current false advertising: the site says "free shipping" but is charging $5 shipping surcharge. I believe that's false advertising. And utterly unnecessary; just drop the "free shipping" for now.
