I Have Always Been VERY Pleased with Planet Drugs Direct. And I Still Am. Your Representatives, Your Pharmacists, Your Staff All are Very Efficient, Very Professional Very Thoughtful & Cordial. I Totally Appreciate Getting My Medications from Planet Drugs Direct. The Most Challenging thing that I have to deal with is, that when I desire to Charge what I Order to My Credit Card, is that Your Coding for Payment is "EZ..with A Phone Listing After" it, is that I have a Very involved time with My Credit Card Co as the Computer does NOT Recognize Your Coding of the EZ with the Phone Listing After...Than I face a delay..with Proving to my Credit Card Co that I give My Authorization for Payment & that All is O.K. It finally goes through..But, I wanted to mention that the Coding of the EZ etc. is Very Confusing. MARSHA TANKENOFF

I ordered two prescriptions a month or so ago. I was told 1 was immediately available and the other is back ordered and they asked if I wanted them to just wait and send them both at the same time. I said yes. However I received 1 already and not the second one that I have paid for!

The Planet Representative was outstanding , she was very helpful and patient in assisting me to process my prescription. Because of her help, I can now process my prescription on the computer. Sorry i cannot locate her name, but you can find her name on the last prescription that I ordered. She is an assess to Planet Drug.
