You guys are usually pretty good about shipping and product quality. My last shipment has taken an excessive amount of time - covid probably - but it's been sitting in NY for 9 days seems like it could have been processed faster in the US. my only comment

Took entirely too long to get Finacea creame and it was not from all previous manufacturers. Not pleased with that. Also price went up. Previous to my last shipment I was 100% satisfied. No longer.

Other than the long wait. Between ordering and receiving the meds we have no complaints it is rather difficult to find the code to get 5% off I believe you could try something else

Excellent service and high quality products. However, it is exceedingly slow. I wonder if the company might offer a premium service for extra money that enables faster delivery when the client is in a hurry. Thanks and keep up the good work.
