I have had only positive experiences with Planet Drugs Direct. I love how the make me aware when my refill is due. Staff has only been kind and helpful. Recommend to my friends all the time.

You used to be a good supply of prescription drugs. Now, little by little you removed the discount, and raised the prices. It may not be worth the trouble to buy from you anymore. The savings are pennies.

Delivery times are painfully slow these days, so you need to send us reminders earlier. Terrific customer service, so helpful, trying to answer questions and solve mysteries. Only issue is accents -- sometimes they are very hard to understand. Could you work harder on that? A person with an unfamiliar accent is hard enough to understand in person; the phone only makes it harder. Thanks for your good service.
