Would have been a higher rating but I called yesterday to check on status of my current prescription and was unable to make contact with anyone. All I got was a shoddy low volume recording that was unintelligable. Tried 3 times before I hung up.

Placing an order is easy and without issue. Unfortunately, it takes in excess of 30 to 45 days to receive the prescription. Receiving a tracking notice helps, but the time from order to receipt is too long.
