Your shipping surcharge and potential foreign transaction fee increases your costs to the point that with a tier levelo expetion, I might be able to purchases this drug cheaper locally.

I have been extremely pleased with Planet Drugs Direct, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my medications. Because of the pandemic, they said my last order might take 8 weeks, and I got it in 4. Ease of reordering, excellent prices, ability to pay with a credit card (I don't mind a surcharge), reminders when my meds might need to be refilled, Planet Drugs Direct is the best.
