I gave only 4 instead of 5 stars due to the length of time it takes to get the medications by mail. IDK if there's a faster way to get the RX's but it takes a while and planning ahead. The actual medications seem to be packaged well and are effective. The customer service representatives at Planet Drugs are very good and helpful. I've been using them for about 3 years for two different medications. One of my RX's was $ 300 + USD in New Jersey pharmacys and $ 95 USD at Planet Drugs. That included a return customer discount. Without the discount it's still a lot less than Pharmacy prices. When I started with Planet Drugs three years ago I was very hesitant about using a foreign country pharmacy. My experience has been really good and I recommend trying it. PS: When is the US Government going to get us a fair deal on Prescription RX's. Mine is $300 in US and $95 from Planet Drugs.com ???

I spoke with Customer Service Agent Courtney this morning. Courtney is the most competent customer service representative from PDD that I have worked. Courtney is very personable, kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the workings of PDD, the services offered and the products. Courtney answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided me services like no other CSA has. Thank you Courtney. I look forward to working with you in the future.
