I usually used to give 5 star rating. Recently there have been some price increases-$5.00 additional for posting etc. And additional credit card fees. I don't think the $5.00 additional charge was necessary even in these covid-19 times. The shipping from UK to Australia with Royal Mail tracking is very reliable and quick, even in these covid times. I can easily track the parcel on the royal Mail UK website and the Australia Post website once the parcel arrives in Australia. I have recently accepted the cheapest generic medication brands to save costs. These additional covid-19 postage charges and credit card surcharge add up to too much in the overall costs. Having said that the cheapest generic medicines are OK, as the main goal is to save costs as a regular purchaser/user.

The associates at Planet Drugs Direct are always helpful and courteous on the phone; and I seldom have to wait more than just a few minutes on hold when placing our refills. Considering the convenience and the amount of money they save us each month, we are VERY happy with Planet Drugs Direct!
