I love this company. First and foremost is they provided me a much needed medication for my vision that I could not have afforded elsewhere. Second, the staff is so polite and helpful. And they are proactive by working with my doctors if I require updated renewals on my prescriptions I also receive gentle reminders when a prescription is due. This is the " love". Last, my scripts arrive rather quickly, generally within 10 days. So all in, I am on over 4 years with Planet Drug Direct. Thank you for such great service!

I appreciate your pricing and ease of the website. I don't have anything to compare with, but my wife feels her Rx gel is not as thick as she's accustomed to.

Good enough. I loved that it was affordable but when you purchase the 1st time you have to provide a bank account, which I was not comfortable with. It would be safer to use a credit card. The order took a very long time to come. They warn you about that but my doctor hadn't so it was surprising.
