I ordered my Januvia refill August 1 2020 and as of today september 21 I have still not received it.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. Tracking is a problem. Tonight (9/21) tracking says my drugs are in Frankfort , Germany. In reality my drugs arrived at my house today.
