If it wasn't for the virus I would have given them a 5. But the way it is now I have to reorder before I get the first one my DR. Changed my metacation I had to wait 11 weeks but I did save some money.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I would be fully satisfied the service of Planed Drugs if not arbitrary price changes. For instant the price for my Sevikar HCT was suddenly increase almost twice. Delivery time also unpredictable and it could be from 2 weeks up to 6. Otherwise is valuable company which provides their patients medications that could be much more expensive then for instant USA.

Please note that all our partner dispensaries are currently communicating a temporary increase in shipping costs, and these will be reflected in our prices moving forward. This is to ensure your packages are getting to you as quickly and reliably as possible during this pandemic this is unfortunately something we must do. This increase will go away once operations resume as normal.
