My order was received at JFK on October 1st. I have called them repeatedly to try to find my package. They told me to contact you. I did and you brushed me off back to them. Last call I got customs. They said that I should contact you again and replace the product. I asked if they had lost the package and I couldn’t get a definitive answer. I am beyond upset! If you continue to use DHL that is a mistake! Once the package arrives here they don’t give it a new number for the post office. I either need my drugs or I need them replaced!
