My first contact with Planet Drugs direct was a bit confusing, because my physician had prescribed too many pills for one of my prescriptions, but I was not informed of this by Planet Drugs when I placed my order. Some time later,, Planet drugs did inform me that my doctor had prescribed too many pills, but then I was given not only a different price, but also a different account number. I believe this should have been caught by Planet Drugs from the beginning.

This company is a life saver ! Literally. Cost for my meds in US would be three hundred per month vs seventy per month through Canada Drugs. The reps on the phone are always so professional , courteous and patient. I highly recommend this company to all.
