This is the first time I've ordered from you by using the Chat option. It worked well. It was easy to use. "Taryn C.'' was courteous, prompt and well equipped on your end to call up my account, fill my order, and arrange payment. As I said on the "chat'' I like Planet Drugs because you saved me money, time and convenience during an unconscionably long time when U.S. Pharma was price gouging and using it's lobbying muscle shamelessly to extend patents on drugs that were, for the most part, publicly developed. I love Planet Drugs Direct. I have been using this great pharmacy for years to get my asthma medications. I save a lot of money using Planet Drugs Direct. My medications are at least three times more expensive here in the United States. I live in Santa Ana, California and I have never had any problems with delivery of my medications. What I like best about Planet Drugs is that you can talk to a real human being in a voice call if you want to. Wait times are usually only a few seconds. They send reminders to reorder in time. {There's often a 4-8 week lead time, hence the reminders). But the wait is worth it if you live in the U.S. and therefore are a captive of the bizarre world of pharmaceutical pricing. My cardiologist recommended a new medication that costs about $1,200 month in the U.S., but about $130 per month from Planet Drugs. I've placed about 30 orders with P.D., of which 2 never arrived. They credited me for both orders, but in one instance increased the cost of the re-order to get me the replacement from a quicker source. PD tells you the country of origin for a drug.. After reading an extensive N.Y. Times article about widespread quality-control issues with pharmaceutical manufacturers in India, I ask PD for alternative sources (which increases cost) if PD tells me the drug is being sourced from India.
