The person I spoke to on the phone yesterday and Marilyn on Live Chat today were very friendly and helpful. Both were excellent. The prescriptions I have gotten have been a lot less expensive through your web site than retail pharmacies. Thank you for being here for us!

Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered a prescription refill in July. 8 weeks after I paid for the prescription, I still didn't receive it. I called and was informed to wait another 2 - 3 weeks to see if it would arrive as Covid was slowing down the shipments. After another 3 weeks and still no receiving my prescription, I called to inform them that my prescription had not arrived. At that point, they shipped a replacement order which I received approximately 2 weeks later - October 13. I called today to reorder as their website encourages people to order early. I was told I could not reorder today as it was too early. I need to wait until December 12 before I could place my next order. I will now lose an 88 day supply of a prescription due to a problem they had! Be very careful using this company. If it's a critical drug that is being ordered, you may not get it when you really need it. Worse yet, they will not allow you to reorder it even though you are entitled to your reorder.
