Planet Drugs saves me hundreds of dollars on my prescriptions, even with insurance it is much cheaper for the same medication. The service has been 5 star. I suggest to all of our patients to try it and many have with great benefits. The pharmacist is easier to reach than the ones right here in my own town. I have been using Planet Drugs for at least 4-5 years now after a skin prescription I was using was no longer available in the U.S. Planet Drugs has made ordering refills extremely easy and although they always let me know that it could take up to 8 weeks to get my order, I usually get it within 1-2 weeks. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and kind and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them for other medications as needed.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

It has ben 2 days short of 8 weeks and I do NOT have my medication! I paid for it, but do not have it. I am frustrated and a bit angry. I don't know WHAT I'll do without my prescription. It is the only one in the world that works in my case, and I do not have it! I am almost out and am frightened that I do not have any more.
