I have been using Planet Drugs Direct for a number of years and highly recommend them. They always deliver my medication in a timely manner even during the current pandemic. Their phone agents are extremely helpful when you need to ask a question or re-order a drug.

Not only are they less expensive than going through our US insurance system, but the agents are always helpful and friendly in getting orders placed and questions answered. Service from PlanetDrugsDirect has always been very good. The only problem was slow delivery due to the virus. In fact, delivery was sooo late that I needed to order from my local pharmacy to hold me over until my order from PDD finally arrived

The person answering the phone is very knowledgeable and professional.They did say with the covid delivery could be delayed.The second to the last delivery was about 7 weeks like they said and the last delivery was on time.They also call in advance when a script is needed.
