I rely on PDD for critical medicine that I couldn't afford. The medicine is made by same pharmaceutical company, so very reliable.

They need to step up their game- what used to be an easy order refill process is now plaqued with inefficiency. Customer service only happens when ther is difficulty. A year ago, there were refill reminders sent or notices to talk to doctor For new scripts, now there is no coordination or client help. I know they can do better, they do too!

I find this to be a very professional company. My prescriptions are always filled promptly and correctly. Any time I've had a question I have been able to easily reach a pharmacist who provides an answer.

why is my order for celecoxib 200mg farmed out to an over seas company now? You guys in Canada use to fill it. Why did you quit doing that? It takes about 3 times as long to get it now. Peggyann Brown

During the holiday season, we usually quote 4-6 weeks for delivery. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, our current shipping time frame is up to 8 weeks.

Provides needed medication at reasonable prices. US pharmacies because of greedy manufactures and a govt that represents this industry charge higher prices and pass laws to prevent people from getting the medication they need
