The customer service at Planet Drugs Direct is the best. Real people to talk to and ask questions if necessary, and they always have the answers. Helpful & caring people. I pay abut 75% less for my generic Restasis than I was charged in the states. This is a no brainer! Same medicine without going broke. Thank you Planet Drugs Direct!

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
